We work on three systems from the Turkish ASAŞ plant - all with polyamide thermal break. The base price “per m²” looks like this:

What adds to the price
- Doors: each tilt and turn sash adds 140–155 ₾ (hardware) plus weight profile. Fixed glazing - without this line.
- Double-glazed window: basic 24 mm (4-16-4) - 75 ₾/m²; two-chamber 32 mm - 110 ₾/m²; I-glass (energy saving) 24 mm - 115 ₾/m². For apartments with sea views, I-glass is often used: in summer there is less heat.
- Accessories: MACO (Austria) - 140 ₾/leaf, ROTO NT (Germany) - 155 ₾, ENDOW - economy option.
- Color: white is basic. RAL painting adds approximately 15–25% to the price of the profile.
- Installation: 25–40 ₾/m² depending on the floor and the condition of the opening. Includes sealing and trash removal.
Why do prices differ by 1.5–2 times between different companies?
Three reasons for the variation in prices for “identical” aluminum windows in Batumi:
- Is there a thermal break or not? “Cold” aluminum is 30–40% cheaper, but in a heated apartment it will sweat and freeze. For heated rooms, only a profile with a thermal break is needed.
- Profile wall thickness and grade. ASAŞ, Decoen, “noname-China” - different rigidity, different service life of the fitting groove, different geometry.
- Who is the manufacturer? We make windows in our own workshop in Batumi - without intermediaries' markups. A dealer ordering from third parties puts his margin into the same structure.
How not to overpay: 4 rules
- Ask itemized estimate (profile/glass/fittings/assembly), and not one number “per window”. You can immediately see where it is screwed up.
- Compare per m² of construction, and not “out the window” - everyone’s sizes are different.
- Check if it is included installation, sealing and waste removal - this is 10–15% of the budget.
- Take it I-glass on sunny sides (south/west, floors with sea views) - an additional payment of ~15% for glass pays off with comfort in the summer.

What is the prepayment?
50% upon ordering, the remaining 50% after installation, when you have accepted the work. The design production time is 10–15 working days.
Is there an installment plan?
Fixed price after measurement - yes. There is no installment plan as such: 50/50 before and after installation.
What about the warranty?
10 years for profile, 2 years for installation. We are a manufacturer, so we give a guarantee ourselves, and do not “send it to Turkey”.
