Price per square meter according to ASAS systems
We work on three systems from the Turkish ASAŞ plant - all with polyamide thermal break. The base price “per m²” looks like this:

Why an exact quote follows measurement
Two windows with the same area can have different prices. The number and type of opening sashes, glazing specification, hardware, profile colour, floor and opening preparation all affect the total. We therefore prepare a transparent quote for the actual dimensions and selected configuration instead of publishing an artificial “typical window” price.
What adds to the price
- Opening sashes: tilt-and-turn and sliding mechanisms require different amounts of profile and hardware.
- Glazing: thickness, toughened or energy-saving glass and acoustic requirements are selected for the building.
- Hardware: cost depends on the opening type, sash weight and specification.
- Colour: non-standard RAL finishes are calculated separately.
- Installation: the floor, access, removal of old frames and required sealing are considered.
Why do prices differ by 1.5–2 times between different companies?
Three reasons for the variation in prices for “identical” aluminum windows in Batumi:
- Is there a thermal break or not? “Cold” aluminum is 30–40% cheaper, but in a heated apartment it will sweat and freeze. For heated rooms, only a profile with a thermal break is needed.
- Profile wall thickness and grade. ASAŞ, Decoen, “noname-China” - different rigidity, different service life of the fitting groove, different geometry.
- Who is the manufacturer? We make windows in our own workshop in Batumi - without intermediaries' markups. A dealer ordering from third parties puts his margin into the same structure.
How not to overpay: 4 rules
- Ask itemized estimate (profile/glass/fittings/assembly), and not one number “per window”. You can immediately see where it is screwed up.
- Compare per m² of construction, and not “out the window” - everyone’s sizes are different.
- Check if it is included installation, sealing and waste removal - this is 10–15% of the budget.
- Take it I-glass on sunny sides (south/west, floors with sea views) - an additional payment of ~15% for glass pays off with comfort in the summer.

How much does a measurement cost?
Free, in Batumi and Adjara. The surveyor arrives, takes the dimensions of the opening, shows the options on the spot and names the exact price - it is fixed in the contract.
What is the prepayment?
A 70% prepayment is made after signing the contract. The remaining 30% is paid after the work is completed and accepted.
Is there an installment plan?
The price is fixed in the contract after measurement and approval of the specification. Payment is made in two stages: 70% and 30%.
What about the warranty?
The warranty is 10 years for the construction, 1 year for the glass unit and 3 years for the hardware. Production usually takes 14–20 working days; installation normally takes 1–2 days.
