What data do we receive?
When you submit a request, we receive your name, phone number, property address, selected service and comment. The site also transmits the address of the page from which the form was submitted so that we understand the context of the request.
Why is data needed?
We use the data only to respond to requests, coordinate measurements, prepare calculations and further support the order. Technical information about requests can be used to protect forms from spam and abuse.
To whom the data can be transferred
The site is hosted on Vercel infrastructure. The application can be transferred to the Asel work CRM and to the closed Telegram work chat for the employee to process the request. These services receive only the information needed for that task.
Analytics and cookies
The necessary technologies ensure the operation of the site and forms. Meta Marketing Analytics does not load until you click Allow Analytics. The selection is saved in the browser; You can change it using the “Cookie Settings” button at the bottom of any page.
Shelf life and protection
The data is stored for as long as necessary to process the request, fulfill agreements and fulfill mandatory requirements. Access to applications is limited to those employees and contractors who need it for their work.
